It's time to do some Rust Repair

You can see where the Rust caused some corosion along with Road Salt on the Steel. 

        

Scaling and layers of rust has to be removed, brushed, de-activated, Primed and then sprayed with foam to stop the air from getting back to the metal.

This represented the largest amount of Rust we saw anywhere on the bus.  I was surprised.  These pics are generally in the wheel well area .  The front side panels just behind the entry door and behind the driver window had rust  due to the fact that the siding was UP-Lapped.  Once the caulking dried up, the rain water worked it's way in.  Of course I did not repeat the up-lapping. 

Wet Fiberglass did not help!
